How to arrange your airport pickup

Enter your destination city and address, flight number, date and scheduled landing time. Tell us how many people and bags will be travelling.

Check your terminal, meeting point and driver contact details before travel. Let the team know if your flight or terminal changes.

Meet your driver
When you are ready to leave, follow your confirmed instructions and current airport signs to the designated pre-arranged pickup area. Check in with the dispatcher if instructed.

Pearson pickup questions
Is pre-arranged pickup the same as meeting inside?
No. The CA$17.25 terminal pickup charge and the optional CA$25.00 meet-inside service are separate. Pre-arranged pickup is required; tell us if you would also like the optional meet-inside service.
What if my flight or baggage collection is delayed?
Contact the team or your assigned driver using the details provided. We can discuss the updated pickup time and any applicable waiting charges.
