Your vehicle is selected around your trip. The main AirGate vehicle is a navy 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid; larger vehicles are subject to availability and confirmation.

Travelling with children?

Tell us their ages and seat needs. Child-seat requests are at no extra charge, with the appropriate seat confirmed before travel.

Bringing more than a suitcase?

Include strollers, mobility equipment and oversized luggage. We check luggage space as well as passenger capacity.

Coming back to Ontario?

Plan your arrival leg, flight details and pickup separately. Your return has its own fare and confirmation.

Is this a shared airport shuttle?

No. The ride is private for your party. Pickup time, vehicle and fare are agreed before booking.

Does requesting a trip confirm it?

No. AirGate confirms availability, the complete fare, vehicle and pickup arrangements personally. Sending a request shares your details with the AirGate team; your trip is not booked until AirGate confirms it.

What happens when we land at Pearson?

Pre-arranged terminal pickup is mandatory for Pearson arrivals and adds CA$17.25. Meeting instructions are confirmed before travel. Meeting inside the terminal is an optional separate CA$25 service.

What if we need extra time after landing?

The current AirGate terms include 60 minutes from actual landing. Additional waiting is CA$1 per minute. Contact AirGate about delays or changed flight details.

Can we change or cancel a journey?

Contact AirGate directly for changes. Current terms allow free cancellation up to two hours before pickup. Fare or vehicle changes need confirmation.

Who operates AirportWay Limo?

AirportWay Limo is an airport-transfer brand operated by AirGate Airport Limo Service. The same team handles trip requests, confirms fares and arranges drivers. AirportWay customers can contact info@airportwaylimo.com.
